Preferred payment method at Plushka’s is Paypal (accepts all major credit cards) or direct deposit – available only for Australian customers.
Payment must be made with 48 hours of placing an order.
Plushka loves customer orders so don’t hesitate to contact me with your request via Contact page.
Extra fees may apply on rush orders and special request.
All items are posted via Australia post. Unless express postage is requested, all orders are dispatched within 48 hours of the purchase. If item is placed on backorder, please allow extra 3-4 days for it to be made and posted.
Postage changes in 2016:
$3 flat postage fee on all orders under $50
$5.50 Registered postage
Free postage on all orders over $50 (excludes blankets)
Blanket orders have a flat postage of $8
We are not held responsible for any packages once they have been shipped. I strongly recommend choosing registered post to cover yourself in case order is lost.
Australian mail usually takes about 3-5 days to arrive, depending on where you are located.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Plushka will not be held responsible for any mistakes or lost goods. I use your address that you left at the checkout unless stated otherwise in the comment at the checkout.

All international shipping will be received within 2-3 weeks using Australia Registered Post.
I can also ship to a “giftee’s” address, and if you wish to add a little birthday note, I will more then happy to do that.
If you purchasing a gift: all Plushka items are posted nicely wrapped with no invoice inside.
We don’t include a printed invoice to save the precious resources of our planet. You will receive a purchase receipt once order is paid for. However, if you wish to receive a GST invoice, please contact me and I’ll happily email it to you.

Refund & Exchanges
Plushka is doing her best to make sure you are happy with your shopping experience, however, if for any reasons your are not happy with your purchase I am more than happy to exchange goods, if you are happy to pay the shipping costs. BUT they must be in the original condition and a return request must be made within 3-5 days of delivery.
All items will be shipped carefully, we are not responsible to damaged stock in transit. All of our products leave in a very safe and well packaged state.
